Since the pandemic I’ve lived in one city, worked remotely for companies in two countries and slept in time zones in three different continents. Am I a hopeless circadian rhythm seeker?

How many coffee cups a day is the healthy amount? “None” is not an acceptable answer.

I didn’t register to vote in the city I’m currently living in so I could use elections as an excuse to go to my hometown. Had a blast reuniting with family and friends I hadn’t seen since before the pandemic.

In the primaries I voted for Francia Márquez, a black feminist woman who’s been putting privileged men in their place in every single debate she’s been in. Wish she did better, but now I’m really hoping she will be our vice-president. For Senate, as always, I went with the left.

This year it seems like for the first time in over 200 years the country might have a leftist government. If the current political scenario took place 20-25 years ago there would’ve been at least a couple of candidates assassinated.

Peace is just around the corner. I’m really hopeful for the future 🕊️🇨🇴

I’ve tried to “upgrade” my static site generator many times, always end up sticking with it. In joining the #IndieWeb my website now integrates all essential features for my public online activity and feature-wise it’s everything I ever wanted.

I’m still relying on several third-parties to handle the #IndieWeb stuff, such as IndieAuth.com, Webmention.io, Aperture, Webmention.app and using IFTTT to process webhooks, which makes the next step to self-host these services, but long live #Bridgy and #granary!

This is actually how I post my playlists. Exported csv files and a Jekyll template. There must be a Wordpress plugin for this, there’s one for everything 😅

How old were you when you accepted you’ll never be done “polishing” your personal website? This perpetual redesign is no longer a phase.

Had the time this weekend to push updates to the website. New Tanzawa-inspired design, improvements to the micropub client, further testing of RYM-replacement and after a couple silent months, a new spotify-less playlist has arrived.

I was using yarr and Indigenous on iOS and replaced both with Together. I would prefer a non-React based alternative, but it just works.

After a couple of years using Arch-based distros I installed elementary OS again. Can’t believe how much it’s improved since I last used Freya.
