A noir only in the sense that the cat and mouse game goes on during its entirety. That ending shot though… What a beautiful film about lost and lonely souls.

Wish the radio and music were more relevant to the plot because I love the way they're talked about and used here. I certainly don't expect a great soundtrack from a movie this old, but this was such a pleasant surprise.
Also, is this where "What's in the box?!" in Se7en and the suitcase scene in Pulp Fiction come from?

Had fun laughing (or cringing) at the more dated parts of the dialogue, but it kept me intrigued and glued to the screen the whole time.
