Do you think it’d be possible to follow people from this Fediverse implementation? I mean, Miniflux can do the actual fetching of posts, but it’d be nice to let people know I am following then. Or what do you think?

@kandr3s It's a beautiful thing to see in the midst of social media chaos. Thanks for reminding me RSS is still the most lightweight, least conflicting way to stay updated on the interwebs.

Glad that you mention it! I actually follow your Threads feed via the RSS feed that Brid.gy Fed provides. So it goes Threads -> Fediverse -> Brid.gy Fed -> RSS

If everyone got on board with Webmentions… but that’s just a dream.

We were a bit meh, Everton were good and the Premier League is horrible.

I was glad to see Ipswich get their first PL win against Spurs and make it out of the relegation zone. I guess that helps the nerves during the International break.

No luck against Liverpool teams but there is the opportunity for vindication against Manchester clubs. I will celebrate that for sure 😅

A few years ago it was so common to see online comments from Premier League fans calling Ligue 1 and the Bundesliga “farmers leagues.” Man City has won 6 PL titles in 7 years. Who are the farmers now?

That said, I am enjoying this season’s Slotball and hope it carries on until May.

@kandr3s What URL are you entering? Sounds like it can't find either the auth or Micropub link tags.

I’m entering my domain name kandr3s.co which used to work. The Micro.blog app was my Micropub client on iOS in the past.

The same URL currently works with Quill, Micropublish and sparkles.

I haven't watched this in years but a recent rewatch of New Girl. I really wish they would've done the version with Summer's point of view too like they were planning to.

I didn’t know at some point they had a Summer’s version planned. That would’ve been interesting! As I aged my sympathy towards Summer has grown.

This also reminded me of The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby, a movie with three versions: “Him”, “Her” and “Them” - but watching one was enough, it’s heartbreaking film.
